Your Flik-it box is private by default: it's stored in your own browser, and we never collect, store, or sell your saves.
Nothing — by default. The extension works entirely on your device. Your saves, buk-its, notes, and favorites live in Chrome's local storage on your computer — saved automatically the moment you flik something, and still there after you close and reopen the browser. There are no accounts, no signups, no analytics, no trackers, and no server that receives your data. Optional on-device AI features (Pro) run entirely in your browser using Chrome's built-in model — your saves are never sent anywhere for AI. Card icons and preview images load directly from the sites you saved — exactly as if you had visited them — and are never sent to us.
When you press “Check now” on a tracked product, the extension loads that product page directly from your browser — exactly as if you'd visited it normally — and reads the price. No copy of the page is ever sent to us, and we never see the request. As with any website visit, the product site may log your visit the way it would for any other visitor.
Purchases are processed entirely by Stripe through their hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Flik-it Pro is unlocked with the email you used at checkout, which is checked against Stripe through our tiny license server. The only thing Flik-it stores on your device is your Pro status and that email — your card details never touch Flik-it, because Stripe handles all payments. If automatic verification ever fails, email hello@flik-it.app with your Stripe receipt and we'll unlock you manually.

Flik-it is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a third-party site won't change in a way that breaks a feature (that's the nature of the web).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flik-it and its makers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. This doesn't limit the refund rights described above — those are guaranteed.
